Isabel mobile, tablet and desktop - updated responsive interface

Ever since the Isabel tool was first created for pediatrics in 2000, we have strived to make our systems easy and intuitive to use and access. Isabel has always been available online, meaning it can be found on any computer with an internet connection. As technology has developed rapidly in the field of computers and Artificial Intelligence, so have we, from integrating powerful natural language processors, to improving the interface of our tool last year. The next step for us was to create a truly mobile and smart device friendly DDx Generator, and that is exactly what we have done.

Responsive Design

Responsive design simply means our tool and website respond to the dimensions of the screen you are using, adjusting the layout and sizes to fit perfectly within your device. No longer will you have to zoom in on your mobile to enter clinical features, or keep rotating your tablet to find a way to see the whole screen. As you can see from the images, the Isabel DDx Generator intuitively scales its content for the best viewing experience.

The Isabel App

A few years ago we created an iPhone and Android app for the Isabel DDx Generator. Limitations within the app format, and increasingly complex updates to try and align with our sophisticated system, led us to look for a better solution. With our fully compatible responsive design, you can use the Isabel DDx Generator with all of its features on any device, Android or Apple.

This includes features and resources that were previously unavailable on the apps, including 5MinuteConsult, Dynamed, Dynamed Plus, Medscape and the new Merck Manual Professional, and we even now show the drugs tool on mobile devices, which was previously only available on the desktop version.

What's more, you can add a shortcut icon to the homescreen of your device which allows you to open and use the Isabel tool directly, as you would any other app.

Subscription Pricing

Isabel now works seamlessly across all devices, and we have used this opportunity to simplify our pricing structure. There are now just two price bands, with the standard knowledge package costing $149.99/year and the premium package costing $219.99/year.
